If that band is in the feed direction, It's magenta. Either a dirty laser slit glass, a bare spot on the developing roller, or possibly even dirty laser optics (internal optics). =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Thanks a lot.

Replaced the Magenta Developer Unit as well but still same.

For laser how can we clean it? Or we have to remove it from the copier?

    Regards,

Under the drum is another cleaning rod that cleans the window of the PH unit.

If the wand does not help, then yes, you must remove it from the copier. Keep in mind that painted screws indicate critical adjustments, and should not be touched. You don't have the proper equipment to re-align laser optics, so just clean, not disassembly.

With a blank area as large as that you should have no trouble identifying the culprit.

Had the same problem on a C454 the problem was the faulty laser unit.
Obviously it could also be an electronic board problem
