guitar9199 is in North America, the firmware you displayed looks like it is for the European market. G00-R6 is the latest base firmware here in NA
Have you tried creating new 365 account dedicated to the copier or using one of the users credentials?
Fully authenticated?
New certificate?
Admin and machine address has to be the same.

In a Mac enviroment I install a cheap basic Winsows PC on the network then simply set SMB scan to that the mac uses can access these folders.
Can pick up a basic PC for peanuts.

Solution
CAUSE: Gmail™ server and Office 365™ server changed SSL certificate from SHA-1 to SHA-2. The MFP's do not support SHA-2 certificates and, therefore, fail to send E-mail if using the server as SMTP server. Even if using another SMTP server which has SHA-2 certificates for SSL, the MFP fails to send E-mail.
time to upgrade!!!
SMB is an option, surprisingly simple.
Reference
Konica Minolta fully supports scan-to-email using Microsoft® Office 365™.
Microsoft® Office 365™ uses SHA-2 for its mandatory hashing cryptography algorithm.
In 2002, SHA-2 became the new recommended hashing standard. SHA-2 is often called the SHA-2 family of hashes because it contains many different-size hashes, including 224-, 256-, 384-, and 512-bit digests.Currently the most popular one is 256-bits
As of January 1, 2016, Microsoft will no longer allow certificate authorities in the Microsoft Root Certificate Program to issue certificates for SSL or code signing that use the SHA-1 hashing algorithm. SHA-2 is the preferred method now.
The following are the incoming and outgoing IMAP server settings for Office 365.
Setting IMAP (incoming) SMTP (outgoing)
Server Name outlook.office365.com smtp.office365.com
Port Number 993 587
Encryption Method SSL TLS
the "3" series never even made the cut.
