    Bizhub 4050 registering one touch

    Hey everyone
    I just received a Bizhub 4050 and I am trying to set it up.
    The issue I am having is, when logged into pagescope I can't create or view one touches.
    I can create a view them from the control panel, but not from pagescope.
    I have tried upgrading and downgrading firmware. I'm not sure where to look next.
    Any help is appreciated. Thanks
