C35 alignment and password

Konica c35 Customer set back to factory settings.Now alignment is off a quarter of a inch from front to back on glass and doc feed. I tried getting into service mode but it needs a password. Is there a standard password if it was changed to factory settings. I tried 12345678 and 00000000.
