Itb belt seems okay no scratch
    I clean idc sensors
    Ran blade setting mode
    Ran color registrations

Probably a dirty grid or two from piling up all that toner.
Clean the primary charge units. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Thanks a lot for answering
Yesterday i tried cleant all the charge grids
Cleaned also dust proof glasses and even run the machine without them
I blower brush around where the dust proof glass goes and the color reg sensors
Checked drum and int transfer belt and no visible tear or mark
Looked around trying to look dust or particles shouldnt be there and nothing
Rewrite firmare clean all paper tray settings
Factory reset some settings (as its a low vol machine 292k only)

    Problem still there
This machine is driving me crazy

I suppose you could have dirty laser optics. I'm assuming it only affects cyan. =^..^=

I haven't seen it on this model, but I suppose there might be a hair or fiber dragging along the primary transfer belt, displacing the latent image. I've seen the same effect from a toner buildup on the upper fuser guide, also displacing the unfused image on the paper entering the fuser. Just guessing now. =^..^=

if its on every ind. color it wont be drums or slit glass or laser with the same image. if its front to back also same answer. did you prime the cleaning unit with #2 yellow toner and turn the belt before you put it in? even though it has a blade mode it still has to be primed first. i doubt all drums coronas slit glass are doing the same thing. . put another belt in and prime it. or try the old belt. dont use the toner in the bottle. you need to order the yellow toner for priming. it has no dev in it. i have seen techs with this problem by not priming

The toner in the toner bottle has a percentage of developer, to replenish developer loss and extend the life of the developer. That developer included in the toner is abrasive and should not be used for priming. Konica Minolta sells yellow toner only for priming drums and transfer belts, in a small bottle. Does that make sense?

this is the part # for the setting toner. A50UPP0100. use it on the blade and the belt. Setting powder may cause problems so use this toner
