Can anybody explain how to remove Drum/Developer sign on operational panel of c6000, it's continue displaying on panel.

replace parts requested .. clear counters in service mode

I replaced the consumables and cleared the counter in service mode but still it's showing on display.

you cleared both the consumables counter (special parts counter) for each consumable
and the maintenance counter?
