Bizhub C203 ghosting

Hi everyone,

Customer with a c203 where the image is ghosting/repeating only on black.
The repeated image looks rather gritty, and more so on a double sided document. I would say the repeated image is about the same circumference as a fuser roller or drum.
So far... iv have replaced the fuser unit, black image unit, transfer unit and roller, led blanking lamp.
Also increased the 2nd transfer voltage.
Still no difference.
Any ideas?

It could be the toner if its not OEM then its suspect. Else it could be that the TC ratio is on the high side so that the density is to high leaving a layer to thick to fuse onto the paper.

Check that the fuser temp is set to default.

Stop the prints at the transfer and fuser to check if you can see the ghost image on the TB or the fuser roller.

Is the toner OEM?
