    Exclamation Drum stuck in C454e

    Hi,
Has anyone had a drum stuck in a C454e or similar?
I have a cyan drum that won't come out, due to the drum chip connector block on the machine not dropping down, it's somehow trapped up against the drum. There is very little room to access the area, even with the black drum/dev & itb removed. It looks like it's going to be a brutal approach!
If anyone has any ideas they would be gratefully recieved.

Try taking the dev engage lever off and the front blue and black cover of drum and Dev units cover off. That should give you better access.

When you look inside tx cavity from the side does it look lifted where cyan Dev sits?
I had once m Dev over flow and couldn't remove it out. Had to strip the front covers and led erasers.

Btw, those relay connectors are cheap, so brute force can come handy. Good luck.
