Bizhub Pro C6500 not Measuring consumables

Hello, I just got thrust into the position of printer tech and the people im working on it for have a C6500 that when i look in the system info has incorrect numbers for all consumables.
E.a. we replaced all the tonor (with konica minolta brand if that has any bearing) And one says 6% one say 52% the others say 258% similar issues are occurring with the developer and etc.
Has anyone run into this before?

that's not toner, thats consumables (DRUM, Developer, etc)...

toner is full or empty. No chips on toners to track usage.
