c280 - Replace Saddle Staple Cartdrige 2

Hi everybody,

on a bizhub c280 I get the message "Replace Saddle Staple Cartdrige 2". Staples weren´t empty, I changed the cartdrige nevertheless, but get the same Message.
I also cleaned the unit with some compressed air, what didn´t help as well.

Do you have some hints on this one? Thanks.

it's calling for #2 cart... sounds like you did staple cart 1. or it could be the staple unit it's self.
