Konica Minolta C2452 code

Hello

I am a Toshiba tech working on a Konica Minolta Bizhub Press C6000L. It came in with a C2451 code. To check if it was in the yellow developer I switched the units around covering the inlets with no change in code. The machine came in with no magenta toner so when the toner came I tried adding a little toner directly into the unit and ended up with a C2452 code then a C2453 code and back to the C2452 code. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.
