bizhub 363 shows C-9402

Hello to all,

my colleauge has a problem with a bizhub 363, error-code C-9402.
When he deselected the ADF in the Tech-Menu, copying from the original-glass or printing is possible.
Usually this code has something to do with exposure lamp, CCD etc., but why appears this code only with ADF?
