    Good morning everyone. In some cases I solved it by running Recall Standard Data for Factory Default in Process Adjustment and Quality Adjustment. I observed that it happened in cases where the batteries were already exhausted and because of persisting, cases like these happened.

    The values are saved in the NVRam and in some cases, the simple procedure of changing the batteries is not enough.

    Try the Recall and then perform the battery replacement procedures.

    Good luck.

    @tulintron
    Can you share some more info about this NVRAM battery and replacement procedure,never done that.
    Have C5501 with strange problem,every morning for a long time shows C2804 and sometimes C4520,gamma adjustment or recall to factory resolve problem till next morning.
    Rerely in the middle of print full black turns to grey color.
    It could be something with NVRAM and i did not know about battery and i would like to try that.

    The batteries in which I referred, are the replacement parts and not the bundles of the NVRam.

    If you release the NVRam batteries, you can throw the machine in the trash

    Never seen any battery in this machine and also can not find anything in PM and SM...
    I assume that the battery is on some board?

    )
    - Gamma Automatic Adjustment (Refer to I.5.4.7 Gamma
    Automatic Adj. (Drum Peculiarity Adjustment)
    )

    depending on the firmware there is a selection for running all drum peculiarity adjustments that goes from one screen to the next.
    best to use that.

    bad part is if you didnt run the toner density adjustment immediately after completely vacuuming out the units and refilling them all your adjustments will be for nothing.
    these machines are really finicky if you don't follow the manual to the letter. any skipped or step out of order and its a waste of time and developer.

    good luck!!
    Dear Synthohol
    Can you send me this manual? I realy need that.
    my email:info@kabulpen.co

    Good Day
    Dear
    I hope this contribution helps
    I think you should check the HV boards
    I imagine that you have reset the counters of the replaced inputs and made the adjustments according to the technical service manual

    Regards
