    Konica 654e

    Intermittent light copies glass,doc feeder,printing! First couple fine,than light copies....than good copies. FIRMWARE fine passed all test ect.any thing to add

    Is it doing so for all colors? If so, I'd check the 2nd transfer roller.

    I would check the transfer unit ... retraction mechanism. Maybe swap it out.

    If it's only B&W I would look at the black imaging unit causing it, drum or the developer.

    Yup, your drum will start to get primary charge voids around 500K. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
