We are mostly a Large format company (KIPs, Canon ipfs)
We are just getting are feet wet in the Muratec/KM market.

Any chance you can get me versions GB0-A9 and GB2-K5?
it is to fix a specific scan error.

Notes:
1. NON-4e "Version Up firmware for MIF devices" is required to support SHA2. (bizhub C224/C284/C364/C454/C554/C654/C754)
You can use any of the following Special Firmware:

• bizhub C224, C284, C364, C454, C554 Special Firmware Version GB0-K9 Support of SHA-256 (Version Up firmware for MIF devices)
• bizhub C654, C754 Special Firmware Version GB0-K9 Support of SHA-256 (Version Up firmware for MIF devices)

2. Special Instructions on how to install these firmwares are provided in attached "Version Up firmware for MIF devices" document.

According to this MOBILEPRINT Brochure https://www.mykonicaminolta.com/wps/...53ad41-m0NOmAg my device supports mobile printing but my Android Konica Minolta Print Service app cannot find it.

I guess i need a firmware update which i found out it can be downloaded from https://www.mykonicaminolta.com

Problem is i don't have an account there.

So is there anyone available to help me with the right firmware update for my device?

Yes I'm using it on daily bases.

It is on the same subnet network. I can print and scan using windows laptop wireless or wired connected.

It's not working from ios / android phone / tablet.

Konica Minolta Mobile Print is an app that allows you to connect your iOS device to a Konica Minolta MFP; the app integrates with the OS to enable trouble-free printing and importing scanned data. Konica Minolta Mobile Print is an application that allows you to easily connect to KONICA MINOLTA printing devices from your Android device using Wi-Fi. It enables you to print documents and images as well as import scanned data.

* Konica Minolta Mobile Print is a successor application to the PageScope Mobile.

Print Function:Prints images you have selected in the Photo Album function of the app via a connected MFP.

Opens any file stored in an integrated app from the Storage function and prints it via a connected MFP.

Prints emails and email attachments received when your email address is set up in the Konica Minolta Mobile Print app.

Supports Authentication and Secure Print to provide you with a more Secure printing environment.
You can print directly from your cloud storage, browser and camera app with the OS integration function.
The Android Printing Framework* enables you to print your emails.
Authentication and Secure Print functions allow you to print sensitive documents securely.

*Android Printing Framework is a function implemented in Android OS 4.4 or higher.


Scan Function:
Stores images you scanned via a remotely operated MFP using the Konica Minolta Mobile Print app on your mobile device into any OS-integrated app (a cloud storage app, etc.).
Scans a document or photo via a connected MFP from the Konica Minolta Mobile Print app to your mobile device and stores it in an OS-integrated app (cloud storage app, etc.).


Bluetooth LE Function:
Bluetooth LE enables the following operations:
- Registration of an MFP by touching
- Print by touching
- Scan by touching
- Authentication by touching


NFC Functions:
The following functions can be executed using NFC.
-Touch and print
