Angry bizhubC454e Cannot Scan via SMB to Windows 10

We have a Konica Minolta bizhubC454e that just will not scan to a Shared Folder on Windows 10 via SMB (Server Connect Error every time)

We Tested it with Windows 7 SMB (via Hostname & I.P.) and Email (Gmail) - BOTH WORK GREAT/Fine
We Accessed the Shared Folder from another computer and placed a new file JUST FINE/OK

    Troubleshooting Methodology:

We are ONLY Using a Windows 10 LOCAL Profile (we are familiar with the new "Microsoft Email" profiles not supporting SMB)
We are ONLY Creating a Shared Folder directly on the ROOT Drive (Drive C: - not buried in "My Documents")
    Trouble Reset on Copier performed
Network Data Reset on Copier performed
Connected the Copier to the Network via DHCP and Static (Manual)
Verified all DNS Settings and the Gateway
Verified ALL CREDENTIALS for Windows 10 Profile
    Disabled ALL Firewalls
Disabled ALL Anti-Virus and Malware protection

Used I.P. Address instead of Hostname
Formatted "All Destinations" on Copier and Re-Created Destination

    Copier Settings Related to SMB:
Network/SMB Setting/SMB Server Setting is set to SMB 1.0/SMB 2.0
Network/SMB Setting/Client Setting/SMB Authentication Setting is set to NTLM v1/v2

Make sure computer's network location is either "Work" or "Private". Make sure password protected sharing is off.
If that doesn't work, try creating another user on the computer with a password, change the name of the copier to that name. Turn on password protected sharing. Make sure the new user is an admin account.

I guess I missed listing some things in my troubleshooting methodology:

Network is set to Work/Private (Yes/Verified/ALWAYS) <-TOP ISSUE with customers saying I cant scan to my computer (it's on Public)

    Password Protected Sharing ON (Yes/Verifed)
Create Another ADMIN User/Profile (Tried this too)

Trying with Password Protected Sharing OFF Now (with a LogOFF/LogON).... Result - Failed (Server Connect Error)
Tried Turning Off the "HomeGroup/Let Windows Manage" by switching to "Use User Accounts & Passwords" - Failed

-THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP THOUGH!

Do you have the network error code being displayed? It is a numerical code the can narrow the problem down.

We’ve seen a lot of this. If you go to control panel and select programs and features then select turn windows features on and off, scroll down to the SMB 1.0 box. Check all the boxes within. Click okay then reboot the pc. This will get SMB 1.0 back online. Just for laughs, I’ll create a new self signed certificate on the MFP, as well. Typically this gets things moving again.

Turning SMB1 back ON is NOT RECOMMENDED

Microsoft's position on Server Message Block version 1 (SMB 1) in Windows systems is that organizations should just get rid of it.

That position has become crystal clear after SMB 1 proved to be a conduit for a ransomware outbreak this week. The ransomware, dubbed "WannaCry," used leaked hacking-tool code, purportedly from the U.S. National Security Agency, that targeted a Windows SMB 1 flaw. One of the "owners of SMB" at Microsoft, Ned Pyle, a principal program manager in the Windows Server high availability and storage group, had warned about continuing to use SMB 1 back in September in a TechNet article titled, "Stop Using SMB 1."

Thank you for this comment as security is needed for customer requirements AND our liabilities.
