    C280 error DC00 DC30

Been searching in the site noted is a security related issue

    Found nothing on manual

When the machine started it throw up code DC00 right away, I can enter service mode use system error clear to clear it and machine can continue to Ready to copy.

But whenever I try to make any lattice or gradient pattern print it will shows up DC30

But the scan function still working.

    Need some enlightenment here!

Have you tried formatting the HDD?

C-DC00 is a security based code, usually due to the hdd being corrupted or compromised.

I tried disable the HDD, but that didn't help.

What do you mean by that? You are not able to disable HDD OR Disabling HDD did not resolved the problem.
You need to go to service mode and select HDD not installed (I think in system 2)

Assume you've checked relevant security settings and they are off...
Maybe try physical format (allow plenty of time) then probably have to logical format.
Just guessing. Also, is there a format SSD option on these? Can't remember.

    It is a security issue.

CDC## Trouble related to security • Contact the responsible people of KMBT
    before taking some countermeasures.

Trying to copy money or stock certificates, ect will throw up these codes.
    Have you called KonMin?
