Tried that first? Didn't work. Has it been changed?
likely, did you try blank?
use command workstation and import this .ps file to the DIRECT queue, it will print the fiery password.

operator never needed a password, it should be blank. you can use the import file feature in CWS as operator.

Synthohol,
Thank you for your assistance. Jmart77 and I are working on this together. I was unable to go over to this customer
but Jmart did and he had trouble getting through the web page, but he was able to accomplish this task using a thumb
drive. He plugged it in and it downloaded the file and printed out the password at the bottom of the page. I was told
by another that it had to be LTR and not LTR-R. The password was at the bottom of the page. It was more than 30
characters.
Thanks again, we had just sold this machine last week and were sweating this one but thanks to you we were
able to pull it out of the fire and the customer is happy again.
Thanks
DR
And thanks to Jmart77 for being persistent and not giving up.
happy to help
