c364e getting error codes 7030,7032 and 7306 when scanning to email. checked all Konica documentation, that code does not exsist. also checked active solutions , got nothing.

check details on failed scan is probably a server connection error which means it is not finding the mail server check dns settings if using server name or it is an login error which usually means your authentication info is not set properly
I would guess yes, since he states he is getting error codes.
