KM bizhub C452 locking up

I have a C452 that the panel freezes when you manually take it out of power save. Doesn't do it when you send a print job.

What kind of troubleshooting have you done. It is more efficient to list what you have done so things aren't repeated.

Customer is 60 miles away. Want somewhat of a clue of possible items I should take there. Haven't done anything yet. Thought someone might have seen this before.

Could be IP conflict.
Could be a corrupt print job.
Could be faulty HDD.
Could be MFPB.
Could be NVRam

Unplug network and ping IP. If you get a response something else has the same IP address.
Unplug network and try to print directly from your laptop.
Unplug HDD and restart.
Reseat connectors on MFPB
