PC-410 set the correct paper size for tray 3

Bh C544e and pc-410 getting message when paper runs out in the right side main tray "set the correct paper size for tray 3".
Updated firmware, checked service mode system 2 lct built-in and lct settings both are set for 8.5x11. When paper runs out on the main tray it switches trays to tray 1 and finishes the job then pops up message set the correct paper size for tray 3. No error or jam just that message. machine has 113k copies but very few on tray 3.

What size is it showing when you check the paper tray on the control panel?

reseat the connectors from tray to main body. seen that before.
also check the yellow bar, if its being leaned on it will show the same thing.

I have encountered this message before and after trying a new feed section and replacing the pulleys it still wasn't fixed. It turned out to be a part named Dumper (Part # A2XM623000) #12 on page 11
