Bizhub C3350 - Boots with copy screen only

I have a bizhub c3350 that boots and then display copy screen only Scan, print, user box, utility keys are greyed out.

I disconnected hard drive and got error, replaced HDD from a BH C35 and got same (copy screen only)

Tried to write new firmware and machine reads USB see's the firmware when I select OK to execute and just sits there, the cancel and the OK buttons on the display are now greyed out and do not have any effect. Have to push the reset button to stop firmware write

There were issues with the memory chip on this model. Reseat it, may have to replace.
