Bizhub 3320 region mismatch
Hi all
A client has had a 3320 for a month.
The toner depleted and was replaced but it is giving "Replace cartridge,printer region mismatch".
I have tried another brand new toner cartridge, done the service erase/factory default in 26 mode, redone installation and selected the correct country setting (south africa) but still no luck.
These are lexmark engines so even searched lexmark solutions but still no luck at all.
Any ideas??

lexmark consumables are chipped to stop people buying from cheaper regions and or use consumables for other badged versions of the same machine. Are you using toners supplied from km locally? If so it may be a screw up from the factory and looking for a lexmark branded unit, you probably will need to escalate the issue to who ever the local km technical support provider is there.
