Error code 11-02 on KM Bizhub C3351

I ended up ordering a new paper tray this resolved the issue.

Allan's suggestion worked perfectly for me. We had a customer with a brand new C3351 that had consistent 11-02 jams. Replaced rollers, tray, and clutch, but couldn't resolve the issue. Finally ran across his post and replaced the mylar. I removed the original stiff mylar and trimmed down an extra adf mylar to match it's size. This new mylar was much thinner, like an OHP sheet. It has been running like a champ. Thank you Allan!

I have seen this silly mylar completely block the paper from getting out of the tray on the option trays on these too.

Didn't really have this issue on the c3350 i wonder if the complete tray can be swapped if it is differently made
