    Post Error code 11-02 on KM Bizhub C3351

    We have many (almost all) C3351 with jam code: Code 11-02 (Input paper section JAM (After-separation sensor is not turned off.), we have already replaced the paper tray, the drawer itself, updated firmware, we have also applied shims on the central pallet of the drawer, and unfortunately the jam continues to occur. What can we do?

    I currently have this same issue on the same machine. I’ve cleaned all the sensors in the area, moved the paper around, cleaned tray 1 rollers and nothing I do, prevents it from jamming. Sometimes I can get 30 prints w/o a jam, but most of the time, it’s 2 or 3 pages, then boom, 11-02. Just replying back to see if you had any luck solving this issue.

    page total on parts? Supplies?
    replaced the pick rollers?
    have you cleaned out the sensors?
    tested sensors in SM?

    I have the exact same issue, tray 1 jamming, may get 5 sheets max.
    When it jams paper is not fed out of tray.
    Replaced both rollers & the one way clutch same issue.

    If there a known issue with tray one drive motor or clutch etc?

    replace the feed clutch and the reg sensor. the loop in not enough. next is reg clutch and motor

    I would agree about feed clutch but in case paper is not pulled at all from tray, registration hmm?

    Have a couple doing this, but only when the paper gets below half full in the tray.

    Try using this roller instead, part number A00F623201, works a lot better than 4138303202, has better grip. Also you must replace sep. roller and clutch.

    Used to get bad separation jams form the tray on these.

    What i do is remove the mylar that guides the paper in to the separation gap, then make a replacement from something like OHP film. Stuff on there is stiff.
    A trick i learned from someone on this forum.

    remove the registration unit (1 screw) and clean or replace the registration sensor, that fixed it for me a couple of times. Especially if it's in a dusty area.
