konica 1051 panel not working

Hello
I have a problem with one konica 1051 panel. Touch panel and buttons wont respond.
Sometimes it starts working after restart.
Already changed whole panel , copier controller board and still no change.
Any1 had a similar problem? What should i check next? Is there an icp on prcb for this problem?

All the panel lock ups/dead spots I've seen on 1051's have always been the touch glass. Are you sure the replacement panel didn't also have a problem? Don't be tempted to use aftermarket touchscreens either. They are crap.

Put 3 sheets of paper above and 3 under the panel and iron it./

The surrounding environment is humid and it usually happens on older equipment, but when you turn on the air conditioner, the touch and buttons will be alive within 30 minutes. Even if the dehumidifier or the fan is operated around the touch panel, it will operate within a few minutes.
