900 copies. Brand new machine. This has codes out twice. The book said it was not receiving the signal
from the fuser yada. Has anyone corrected this with a new fusing section?

we reset it twice its working don't jinx me lol

I did download a new updated firmware for my next visit if it continues to fail

keep me in the loop as we need to figure out a positive fix for this werid code

Thks alot....their a bulletin on Monica web site with something close to error! Power save mode ....turn it off......I guess I will see lol

install v1 firmware. this got triggered from a lampcode from the scanner if you look at the history on the print out you will see it.
