Bizhub 368e control panel not working

Hello,
im having an issue with a Bizhub 368e brand new out of the box that the control panel will not come on. I only installed ADF, FK, and memory chip. turned the machine on and it does nothing checked all connectors re seated and made sure they are connected properly. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

start by removing the options... turn on.. if it boots properly, turn off.. install ONE OPTION at a time..reboot...until all options are reinstalled.

Brand new out of the box send it back under warranty!

make sure the HDMI cable is plugged into the MFPB on the outside.
and ive seen one where the ram chip just needed a proper re-seat.

Thanks i found that the memory chip wasn't snapped in all the way. Thanks for the help.
