Problem BizHub C308

Hello ragas I would need a hand.
I have to replace the color drum units (313M-Y-C) on a BizHub C308.
I was sure that by mounting the black drum unit (313K) and changing the chip the machine would work without problems.
Instead, to my surprise, the car prints badly with p-21 error
What could be the problem?
The drums look identical except for the tab on the right side that I removed

No they're not.
KM modified the front part (dunno how to say in English) of their color drums.
You have to take it back from the black one.

Could I take power from the old color drum and mount it on the drum k?

You have to take this part (shown above) on the old color drum and mount it to the new black drum (transformed in color)

Change the back and the front or only the front ? ( front near the blue handle )
