I have a c3350 where the long edge alignment (top to bottom) has gone out by about 15mm. I can adjust it back in service mode for single sided copying (glass & df) but for 2 to 2 through the df it’s still a long way out and can’t be corrected.
Has as anyone seen this before?
I’m going back tomorrow with a scanner, df & mfp board.
Your thoughts would be appreciated...
Could it be something as simple as paper tray guides broken or shifted or the rack gear missing teeth? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
