Backwards Texts

I'm typing a 4 page booklet on Microsoft word and whenever I go to print the booklet the text is completely backwards from how it looks on the computer screen. If you hold the page to a mirror it will look exactly like the image on the computer screen. The mirror image function on the bizhub C284e is off. Anything else to suggest?

Since you're printing, the mirror image setting on the machine would have nothing to do with your print job. That information comes from the driver or the program. Look for a mirror image setting in Word or the driver.
