C558 Black op panel

Start button stays amber. If you touch the panel you can hear it beep , but it stays black. If you power main switch off, it may come back up . Seems to happen coming out of sleep mode.

I've seen this on other models. Try switching to "HIGH" power for sleep mode, and see if that takes care of it.

You didn't say what F/W level the machine is at. Make sure the latest F/W is installed as I think this was one of the issues I saw mentioned in the fixes.
