I have this one customer that has a very old konica, and we cannot delete or edit 2 specific email entries in the address book. When we check the job history, and the emails are shown as successfully sent, but when their IT run a message trace, they see no sign of the email. We added the email addresses to other machines, and those machines are able to successfully email out to that address. I got a tech to do a firmware upgrade, and still nothing. When I try to edit a preexisting entry, it says the address is in use in the favorites. They do have other email accounts on that machine that can email out. Anyone else see anything similar? Or is the konica too old to even fiddle with?
