You can register users, but they don't show up in the address book and direct input option is missing...How is firmware going to resolve this?? This is a admin setting that has been turned on. If you really can't take the time to find the cause, a factory reset will help more than firmware. At least the admin settings will be returned to their default values. Emujo
I have had cases where the firmware was corrupt and stuff does not show up.
