Hi Guys I need some assistance with a C452 with a weird problem. The customer had a power failure after power was restored the machine had copy quality problems. The leading edge is faded at the top, I have replaced all the drums and transfer belt but the problem is still there. Has any one come across such a problem, look at the attached pic

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

When theRe is no arrow for feed direction it's Al's just as frustrating.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

The area marked with the red is the leading edge, the line should be a solid black line and not grey.

I had this problem on a C452, but would only occur on the first page, all other pages in a print job were fine. Turned out to be firmware related
