Paper loaded at the wrong end of the tray? Or paper loaded under the lift plate? I've seen both resulting in the slow motion, whirr whirr whirr ... (slower) whirr, whirr ... (slower) whirr ... snap, BOOM!

its been fixed for a while, i just ran into the pic and i wanted to share the 'cringe' moment with my CTN peers
