Hi All,

Please help me regarding our printer. There are functions missing like SMB setting from the Network when logging in to Administrator account. Then, from the default screen: Scan/Fax and UserBox seems like disable because it is not showing their option upon pressing them. Tird, from the user mode: Information and Job are the only options are showing, I can not see the Store Address and Direct Print etc. Lastly, there is no address book so I can add the users for scanning. What should I do. Please help me.

Thanks for the response. sorry im just new in troubleshooting copiers.. how can I check it Hard drive is connected. and what is CE mode? where can i set ?

First get the service manual for the machine you are working on.

Goto service mode to check if the HDD is set. If its set then you have some other trouble.
You can remove the rear cover and check that the HDD is there and plugged in.
If that is the case set it in service mode.
Also you can go to admin settings and see if its shows you the HDD details.

Thanks for the response. It worked! BUT, there is exclamation mark saying: "no animation guide available contact your service rep."

That is the jam instruction images this gets deleted when the HDD is unset.

You can ignore it or reinstalled the file if the customer complains.

Its only available to Konica dealers.

Or from Ricoh, Canon, Kyocera Konica Minolta Firmware
