Hi All,
Please help me regarding our printer. There are functions missing like SMB setting from the Network when logging in to Administrator account. Then, from the default screen: Scan/Fax and UserBox seems like disable because it is not showing their option upon pressing them. Tird, from the user mode: Information and Job are the only options are showing, I can not see the Store Address and Direct Print etc. Lastly, there is no address book so I can add the users for scanning. What should I do. Please help me.
