Bizhub c364e web browser button needs removing

Ok, we have looked high and low how to remove the "web browser" button on the screen for the client. We were able to remove the "pull print" button, but no where can we find the ability to remove this one from the screen.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    K

turn OFF the web browser in admin, network, web browser setting.

If the web browser button is greyed out then a firmware update will fix it.
I think it was from function version 7 that the external apps and web browser buttons were removed.
