Charge/Grid in toner
What are the consumable life counts? Did you pull the K developer unit and see if it dumped? Lines are usually from black drum, transfer belt or fuser. In this case I would think black drum needs to be replaced
In the meantime you could probably change the direction of the paper to feed long ways and it will most likely miss the lines on edge.
When I looked at the image, my first thought was the black drum as well. It's hard to tell for certain whether it is a black line where the page should be white, or a blank are where there should be text...if blank/void, then the area is not charging properly. Either way, the drum would be the easiest place to start. And copyman's idea of turning the paper 90 degrees in the tray is good, particularly if you have to wait on the drum to arrive.
I had one recently like this with an address label stuck to the transfer belt. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
