Konica C554 (non 'e' model) firmware required

Hi all

Can anyone provide the firmware for the C554? Non 'E' model?

We use 1&1 SMTP server with TLS for scan to email but for some reason this machine son't send....... I suspect it is firmware related.

It's 2 sets of firmware and some bit switches but it may cause other issues.
Machine is discontinued, will they upgrade?

What issues can it cause?

An upgrade would be better but they don't want to just yet!

Had it been working and now won't? What changed?

By any chance are you using office 365? I seem to recall a special F/W for scan to email with office 365

Hi

no ive never had it working on this machine before but we set all the ‘e’ models up the same way and only have the issue with this one....that’s why I thought maybe it’s a firmware issue...

i have factory reset reset the network settings and then entered all the same details as the e models but this one just won’t sent out....

Do they use Windows 10? Make sure that the SMB protocol is enabled in the Windows settings. On some computers, after an update, they automatically off this protocol.
