Hello Techs I've a KM Bizhub c360 taking too long to start when powered on after that it does display error D-390. I've tried all thing to my knowledge but still not working. any help will be highly appreciated.

The closest thing in the manual is
CD3## NVRAM data error • Abnormality is detected by the abnormal
check of each NVRAM data.
Faulty NVRAM I guess. If Im not mistaken you have to jump through a few hoops to get a new one from KM. Second hand wont work. Then there is a specific procedure to replace it.
Try NVRAM reset

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
