biz hub 253

I am have a biz hub 253. with no code on the screen. it just does not copy or print. it comes on fine the copy screen is good.when you copy or print nothing happens. I have gone through the service manual but found nothing. Any suggestions ?

Try to reload the firmware ..

I think you mean the C253. Can you print internal test pages?

Check consumables. If it isn't set to continue it will stop printing/copying when one of the consumables reaches end of life.

Check sw 55 that hex isnt set too f0.
Had it on a c220,gave a stop print error.
