KM Bizhub Pro C5501 IC-408 Banner Printing Error

Hi all,

Got a customer with a really annoying problem. They are still using a C5501 (love the machine and after 10+ years it's still running like new. - Thank you KM ), they have had the need to print 315mm x 640mm, ok not problem enable banner printing and away we go, right? Wrong.

Doubled check the doc above and all setup correctly. Open the job on the Mac, paper sizes in the Mac and on the Engine on the By-Pass. Hit print, job spools, then vanishes. Checked the logs and it say's failed to print error "face down is not supported with this simplex paper setting". Now I've checked all the settings on the driver and all seem correct. A quick fish around the holy bible of Google and some people have suggested removing the paperweight. However still nothing.

Any ideas from anyone?

Found the option in the Fiery Options under Finisher.

Yup. I'll bet the driver was trying to invert the paper for face down delivery, but it can't with 640mm media.
