..The machine is still saying there is a jam but gives no error code and it was trouble reset multiple times but the message still appears.

I know your code is for tray 4 but check the reg roller auxiliary guide. There's a reflective mirror in the center just below the cleaning pad. It should be cleaned every call however, paper dust gets on in and it will show a jam after trouble resets and looking everywhere else.

Update...Problem fixed. It was the connector. Reseated & problem solved! Thanks for everyone's help. Hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving & Merry Christmas.
