Konica C452 535 scan error

looking for clarification on a couple of settings .
under administrator settings #2 , Administrator Machine Settings , what do I put for admin name ? do I put an entire e-mail address ? then under Input machine names tab Do you need to put a device name or an e-mail address , same screen under e-mail address do I need an e-mail or just "no Reply" ?

I guess you're setting up scan to email? You put the same email address in for both Device and Admin email address fields.

You can leave input machine name field blank.

Then in network settings --> SMTP Settings make sure everything is set correctly. Make sure you have correct DNS server if using a mail host name (rather than an IP address).

In my experience a 535 network error is an authentication error. Either the user name or password are incorrect. Or you are using Gmail and failed to allow less secure apps.
