try checking/adjusting Fuser Transport speed under Machine in tech rep
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
Also don't ask me for files without a contributor badge.
Gracias
If that's what I modified, I've also eliminated the black guide from the transfer band, and it seems to work.
Even so, I do not think that is the right solution, I am aware of what the client tells me.
Thanks!!

It's either fuser speed or the fuser itself may have a problem allowing the paper to slip and not be pulled fast enough.
