And in catalog engine m11
The question now is where the engine needs to change
I am in an area where there are no maintenance workshops

Root Cause
C0096 error code.

Workaround/Fix
CAUSE: Failed 1st Image Transfer Pressure/Retraction Motor (M11) and/or Transfer Belt/Cleaning Unit.

SOLUTION: Perform an I/O check on M11 then verify that the motor and Transfer Belt/Cleaning Unit drive components are not bound up. Replace M11 (p/n 9314 1100 72) and/or the Transfer Belt/Cleaning Unit (p/n 4049 212) as needed.
IMPORTANT: If the error reoccurs, there is probably an open ICP on PWB-MC (due to a current overload caused by M11 or a bound Transfer Belt/Cleaning Unit). Replace PWB-MC (p/n 4036 7811 07).

Not sure if what you posted means where you are there are no companies to service your copier. If that is the case and you are going to attempt the repairs yourself do you at least have the service manual?

You seem to have a lot issues with this machine with all the posts recently. Not sure but I think you posted about other issues with the transfer belt. You have to remove belt and turn gear by hand to make sure it's not bound up, tore, etc.

The service manual will provide step by step instructions to remove M11 "if necessary". Personally I don't think it's a bad motor, my guess is belt is binded up, etc.

Parts manual may also help identify which motor is M11.
