C227 with error code C5501.

Hi everyone,

Got a c227 machine displaying an error of C5501, which is related to the fuser unit and voltage supply.
So far iv updated firmware, replaced fuser unit, replaced mfp board. Checked power supply board with multi meter.

Still having the same problem. Any suggestions would be great. Really hate this model.

Hi, same code in C220, same procedure, but still the same code , finally another power pcb fixed the problem.
