I tried to make a copy, it's giving only a blank page( not printing any color )

what i will do the next step

Have you stopped machine mid-copy and checked the transfer belt for an image? Have you checked to make sure there isn't anything covering the printhead? Have you done any troubleshooting?

LASER BASICS 101 .. did you even PASS the class?

no image on belt.. is there image on drums? NO? Vad laser or blockage of beam from laser...

image ON belt? 2nd transfer system...

It sounds like the HVT driver board may have failed...
